Bridal Shops in Chicago vs. Indiana

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and am soon to embark on the adventure of wedding gown shopping. I'm wondering if anyone in the Chicagoland area has any advice on the best local Bridal Shops. I live in the city, but have family in Northwest Indiana. I'm especially interested in whether anyone has had any experience in shopping in both places. More specifically, I'm wondering if it would be worth venturing across the border to shop over there instead. Have any of you found that the SAME dresses are more reasonably priced in NWI, as opposed to Chicago and the closer suburbs? And if so, any particular suggestions?

I would also appreciate any suggestions for this area, as well.
