Low Iodine Diet - Help

Looking for any resources for my upcoming Low Iodine Diet. I have my radioactive iodine treatment in a couple of months and need to be on this diet for a few weeks.

I’ve been reading about it, but haven’t found any specific items that people swear by.

Has anyone done this and have advice? Any specific items that you needed to have stocked in your pantry on fridge? I’m most worried about what to put in my coffee in the morning since I can’t have dairy.

I shop in the US and Canada if that helps for specific brands.
