I got my bedding set on sale from them. I would call or e-mail to confirm that they still have yours in stock, especially if it's a discontinued line. Then, if there seems to be a delay, follow up with them.
Mine was discontinued, so it was an in-stock item, not ordered from the mfg. If I remember correctly, 10-14 days went by and I didn't have any sign of the set. Checked my credit card and it had been charged, so I called them. They were also concerned because they had shipped out the rest of the line and were sure I should have received it. That night when I got home from work, it was there.
