ISO of a super tasty TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

I'm looking for a super tasty Tuna Noodle Casserole like my mom used to make. She would crumble
Lay's potato chips on top. So good. (My mom passed away many years ago so I can't ask her.)

I don't remember my mom's recipe having cheese in it. And I'm not a big cheese person.

Does anyone have a really good recipe?

My mom always makes it with egg noodles, tuna (drained), hard boiled egg whites chopped, cream of mushroom soup, s&p, and of course, the crumbled potato chips on top. Pretty traditional IMO.
