DS is a bit older than 2.5 and has all of a sudden decided he needs to sleep with a pillow. He's been sleeping on a pillow he pulled from the couch since yesterday afternoon, so I want to get him a real one before he becomes too attached to the couch pillow. Recommendations?? There seem to be so many to chose from compared to what there was when DS1 needed a pillow.
Is he in a crib? My kids started with just a regular bed pillow around that age. Up until then they used a travel size pillow from somewhere like the company store.
Pillow Pets are a nice size. Mine also liked one of our living room throw pillows. :). Regular pillows worked too.
He's still in his crib, but I think it may be coming to an end soon. I'm holding out as long as I can ;) I'll see if one of our regular pillow fits.
My DS did a travel pillow in his crib for a while, then we just went to Target and got the flattest pillow I could find. When DD got ready for a pillow, we went straight to a flat regular pillow.

Ikea has good crib-sized kid pillows.

Make sure whatever you get is flat enough.
