Just wanted to share this app. Been using it for about a week and it's awesome. Basically a virtual trainer on your phone..no need for equipment. Pick from lots of different workouts, choose the length of the workout and your off. It's free and it syncs with MFP if that matters. I use a heart rate monitor and enter my calories burned manually.
