Raising adoption funds

Hi adoptive parents!

I'm asking on behalf of a friend who is in process adopting her 3rd child from India. Did any of you find organizations or websites that assist parents to raise funds? She is trying awfully hard but the agencies have reduced the special needs subsidies that she used for her first two kiddos.

I didn't have any advice for her because when DH and I looked into adoption, we were looking at local special needs adoption, not overseas.

The little girl is older and has disabilities ... if those facts have any impact on your suggestions.
