Just put things away

This is bitch to everyone in my family, me included. We couldn't find DS's baseball glove for tryouts this morning (it was fine, he borrowed one), as the garage has become our dumping pile. If you don't know where to put it/too lazy to put it away, into the garage it goes.

In 2 hours, we've got it somewhat cleaned up. More time is needed to really straighten things up. Most of the mess was either trash/recycling or just needed to be put away. I've got a pile for donation and a pile for freecycle that I'll get rid of this week.

I used to be much better at not letting this happen before I started back at school, but we can't let the house become so cluttered, as it'll be years before I'm done.

I think every weekend, I need to find 2-3 hours with DH and DS and just get something done. Problem is, some things just seem overwhelming on top of everything else we have going on. I know little by little, it will get done. Just needing to vent.
