I have the on-line only, and I don't think I will keep it once my 3 months are up. I have read a lot of the posts, and I do think the plan may have a few flaws. I think that *if* I can be disciplined, a free calorie tracking site like sparkpeople might be just as helpful. (but if I could be disciplined, I wouldn't be here in the first place!)
But - I did lose, so I guess I shouldn't knock it! We'll see how this week goes!
