I bought the colgate classica mattress for the crib (its really really firm) but am planning to put our son in our pack n' play bassinet for the first month or so after he is born. However, the pack n' play mattress is not firm at all ... will he have a problem adjusting to his crib?
Has anyone had a problem with this?

We did the exact same thing that you did (started DS in pack n play bassinet and then moved him to the crib). I think we waited until he was about 6 weeks old to move him, and didn't have a bit of trouble - he took right to it! We did try to put him in his crib for a nap every now and then just so he would get used to it.
