I just purchased a hi/low combo dresser with hutch that doesn't have a drop-lift shelf. I need to get a changing pad and assume it would need to have deep sides since there is no built in barrier for the dresser. I have a couple of questions:

1) Any recommendations on a specific changing pad that will work the best?
2) The hutch will be assembled when the dresser is shipped. I would like the people to put it on when it is delivered, but am not sure if it is a safety concen? I think it will be okay because I can remove the lower shelves that interfere with the changing pad. Any recommendations?
3) If the hutch is hooked on how do you secure the changing pad to the dresser?
