Anyone know how to get replacement cushions for glider/rockers?

Hello everyone, I recently received a hand-me-down Shermag glider and ottoman, and would love to replace the cushions on both (they've already been through two kids). Does anyone know if you can buy replacement cushions, and/or how to recover the ottoman?

I've seen Shermag replacement cushions on ebay. I don't know if Shermag actually makes replacement cushions, because many of the ebay ones appear to be ones people have made themselves, but they might be worth looking into.

Butterick and McCalls (sewing pattern companies) usually offer patterns for making slip covers for gliders and ottomans as well.
