    Default Ultimate Crib Sheet

    I need help:
I was trying to put on my UCS on my crib (Babi Italia), and it just doesn't seem secure. It will be fine in the beginning when the baby doesn't move around, but where exactly are you supposed to wrap the elastic straps around? I tried them around the sides of the crib, but they jiggle when the siderails are moved up and down. Also, where in all this do you secure the bumper pad?
    Thanks for any input.... Elin

Attach the straps to the crib slats. It isn't really exact. After some practice, you can kind of figure out where to leave the slack so the UCS doesn't move with the siderails. I know that used to happen to me, but it hasn't happened in a while. (My daughter is 20 months old, and I still use the UCS). I thought maybe that the straps stretch over time, but I had to buy a new UCS a few months ago and I didn't have a problem with the new straps.

I can't help with the bumper pad - I never used one.

I hope that helps (or at least doesn't add to your confusion)!
