Andrew is currently wearing 90's in Hanna stuff and I want to buy him some stuff for next year. In the past he has gone up a size each season. He was in 70's last summer 80's for the winter and now 90's. I do not know if I should buy him 100's or 110's for next summer he should slow down on the growing ?!?! I think he is about 36-37" tall and 30 pounds.

I don't know if this is any help, but Kathleen just started wearing 100s this spring. She just turned 3 and is 41 inches tall and weighs 33 pounds. She was wearing her 90 until February, right before she turned 3.
My guess is that Andrew might be able to get away with 90s throughout the fall and winter and spring, but might start in the 100s in the summer. That is just my best guess. Sorry I'm not of more help! :)

Andrea, have you looked at the CDC growth charts?
That said, Colin is currently size 90 (25lbs, 36"+) and I plan to buy 100s for him next summer.Single mom to
