HELP! How do you get Desitin out of clothes???

My "lovely" DD got into the Desitin today & got it all over her PJ's & my nice, soft chenille changing pad cover. I've washed it twice (haven't dried it yet) & tried rubbing it out with Dreft spray but it's still in there. YUCK! Anyone know of a way to get it out??

Is it greasy? I think Dawn or another dish washing detergent might work.

I just checked in the "queen of clean" book it says for desitin to use hot water and detergent, rubbing itself against each other to remove the oil, if the desitin contains zinc oxide soak the garment in white vinegar for 30 minutes after doing the above treatment.
It also says for a "grease" stain to place baking soda or corn starch gently rub in and let sit for 30 minutes then brush off the excess powder, I usually then use dawn dishwashing liquid it says in the book to use energine cleaning fluid and working from the back of the fabric blot ( I don't know what this is so i never used it).
For "stubborn" grease stains you need to fall back on the idea grease removes grease. Spray the grease stain with WD-40 let soak for 10 minutes then work in undiluted dishwashing liquid, flush with the hottest water and launder as usual. I have tried this trick on sweatshirts and t-shirts and it works.
