Soft soled and breathable shoes?

DD is 13 months and has been without shoes for the entire summer. She sported a few pairs of Robeez this spring, but has since outgrown those and will need more for the fall. My only concern is that she has really sweaty feet and had a pretty yucky rash on her toes that took awhile and some anti-yeast cream from the pediatrician to get rid of. Does anyone know of any soft-soled yet breathable shoes? Does such a thing exist? TIA

I believe it is Isabooties that are a fabric (not leather or pleather) and should be breathable.
