Babystyle Halloween Costumes: any deals? Do they sell out?

Does anyone know if these ever go on sale (Yeah, dream on!)
or if there are shipping offers? I just can't stomach that $8+ shipping!
Will they sell out if I wait around?

On Halloween last year the ones that were left were priced at $5.99 and free shipping. Basically, we got 2 last year for less than $12.

I bought mine a couple weeks ago (because I have no patience and REALLY wanted the octopus). When you check out it says something about not being able to use codes on that item or something (like they do on some manufacturers). Well, I was playing around and "bought" a book that was clearanced for 3.99 I think. When I added the book to my cart and tried the free shipping code, it worked (I got free shipping). So yeah, I still paid the $24 for the costume, but I got free shipping and a book that was cute anyway!

My sister just ordered her DS the octopus and there was a flyer in the box for $2 shipping for costumes. I can't remember the code but I'm sure some here has seen it too. It sure didn't help her much since she had already ordered the costume!

Hi! My experience last year--I went to the store the week before Halloween and all the remaining costumes were $4.95, but of course the selection was not the greatest, I got a 6-12 mo pea and a 3-6 mo fish that were super cute though! I was hoping for the Octopus, but that was sold out by then.

I want to get DS the octopus. He is 19 months old but is 33 inches long and 25 lbs. I am concerned about the height limits of the costumes: for 18-24 months, 27-30 lbs and 31-33" tall while the 2t-3t, says for weight 30-40 lbs and height 33-42" tall. Which do I go for my tall, thin man?
