My daughter is 47 inches (tall 5 1/2 years old). She's wearing size 120 now. My son is 38 inches (3 years old), just moving into 100's now. Would you jump to 130's and 110's for next year or stick with 120 and 100?

Can't answer for your DD, but I would stick with 100s for your son. My DS has been wearing 100s since last year and he should be able to finish out the winter in them. He'll likely need size 110 for next year.
