Body pillows

Does anyone have any suggestions about what type of body pillow (down v. synthetic?) works best and where to buy one for a reasonable price?

I got a synthetic one at Bed Bath and Beyond. I love it...have been using it throughout my pregnancy.

I, too, bought a synthetic body pillow from Bed, Bath and Beyond along with a pillow case. It only cost me $20- the pillow was $9.99 and the case was $9! Much cheaper compared to the other "pregnancy" or body pillows I have seen out on the market- some of them as much as $100!

I love using my king size down pillow- it is very soft and molds to your body. Added bonus- you can use it later as a normal pillow on your bed.
