Default Q for those that nurse AND pump during the day

I'm looking for suggestions here. I pump every night before I go to bed, but would also like to pump once during the day. Pumping first thing in the morning is not feasible. Also, ds nurses on both sides at every feeding.

How did you develop your pumping routine? Do you pump right after nursing or wait a period of time? If so, how long?

When I had to pump regularly, I would use the PIS on my right boob while Nate at on the left boob...and then reverse it for the next feeding. Currently, I only pump at night to relieve engorgement. Nate goes to bed about now, but doesn't wake to eat until 1 or 2 a.m., yet my milk lets down every night around 9 or 10 p.m. So I just use the Isis to pump out about 4-5 oz. so my boobs don't explode in the middle of the night!

I pump before a feeding. That way I get plenty of milk to store, and baby still gets what she needs since the breast makes milk on demand. The only thing is that she doesn't get the foremilk, but she doesn't seem to mind.
