    Default Stinky Diaper Genie

Help! Despite emptying it on a regular basis, spraying with Lysol and wiping with a bleach/water solution, my Diaper Genie is really starting to smell horrible! The odors really started when my little one started on solid foods a few weeks ago. I thought this wonderful invention was supposed to contain the odors... Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would suggest baking soda or maybe vinegar. Another thought would be to set it outside in the sun. Sometimes that takes care of odors.

try putting a sheet of fabric softener in the can - I havn't tried it yet, but read about this solution somewhere.
