Default Sassy Me in The Mirror

    http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/17571.jpg

We had this toy since Eva's birth and tied it over her changing table. She loved looking at herself in the mirror from the time she was just a few weeks old. Actually, she still likes this mirror. Just the other day, she was kissing the little purple animal that hangs off the side of the mirror!

    Default mozart music cube

This has been a favorite since before 6 months and is still going strong at age 2. I would say it has the most longevity of any of the toys we have had so far.

Default 18-24 Months - Magnadoodle & Shopping Cart

    Great idea!

DD plays with her Leapfrog shopping cart (we just now added the batteries for sound) and Magnadoodle everyday.

    I feel my boots

    I feel my heart

to think again of dangerous and noble things.
I want to be light and frolicsome.

    Default My First Purse

My daughter got this for her first birthday and it's her favorite toy. She loves the phone and lipstick, but she most enjoys carrying the purse around and putting treasures into it.

Default FP Step & Play Piano

Ava got this at about 4.5 months and still plays with it six months later. I have now taken the seat out of it so she can pull up and play the keys.

Default Manhattan Skwish & Manhattan Winkle

Both my nephews have loved these toys. Both easy to attach to your play arch or with the rings to strollers and car seats. Both are great for teething, the Winkle can even be put in the fridge. Both were/are hits with the boys, the Skwish has a bit longer play life though.

Default Tonka dump truck with figure

Also called Tonka Grab 'N Go Truck. This yellow and blue version has been discontinued, but was able to find a new orange and black version in my local TRU.

Gave this to my nephew Jay for his first birthday and he still loves it at 2 1/2! Would hold onto the handle on the front and walk the truck backwards at first, then as he grew was able to hold onto the handles on either side of the truck bed. Was even used as a ride on toy by lifting the truck bed and sitting on the bottom. It's great that it has a full back on the end of the bucket so that you're able to pile the truck full (though there is holes for the water to get out.)

Default Fisher Price Kick N Play Piano

I got this for DS when he was 2 months old. I had it in his crib for a long time and he loved kicking it to make it play music. After removing it from his crib we have used it as a floor piano. In fact he still plays with it frequently even now 2 years later! This has been a toy with real staying power for us.
