I just found the Egypt one on eBay for $35 with Buy It Now. She estimated $20 for shipping, but she is in my town so I emailed her first and she said we could just meet somewhere to pick it up!

Ok, based upon what I have/know exist FOR SURE:

all that you listed PLUS Dinosaur, Native American, and Farm

However, the packaging of some of the sets also shows Halloween and Easter sets. I've never seen these though and I don't know if perhaps they were just prototyped and never produced (but they sure look cute from the box).

Also, if people want me to email the spreadsheet could you please email me directly through this board? I know that some of you did and some posted here, but I'm getting all mixed up so a direct request would make it easier for me to send a group email.

Found some Woodland Fantasies Sets!!!

They have a few remaining sets - I believe the Deluxe Jungle, Deluxe Noah's Ark, and Deluxe Egypt. They also have some of the Loose Figure sets.
At the site there is a catalog that you can view - then to order you contact them by email - and they send invoice to pay via paypal.
I just paid for my order, so I can't report back on the delivery - but so far the customer service has been excellent!
I don't know how many sets they have left, probably not that many - but worth a shot. They have some other great items - especially for anyone interested in natural toys/supplies and waldorf things.
