I complained about a noisy motor on my aquarium swing via mail & they shipped a brand new one without charge. I was very pleased.
Well, I'm having the same problem. Bought the seat at the end of 2003 and the vibrator won't work. Just called and was told there were no replacement parts and since it was over a year old there was nothing they could do. How did you get them to send you a new one? TIA!

Call again and ask to speak to a supervisor -- that's what I did. Hopefully they'll help you out like they did me. It took 3 phone calls though. It doesn't help to say you received it as a gift. They know how old the unit is by some numbers on the bottom of the battery pack. They're happy to replace your unit if it's not more than a year old, but after that, you have to press them.
