Are there any dollhouse-type doll families out there that actually look like real people? I would like to get ones that can sit/stand or at least have arms that move. And...I would like them to have noses! (why do so many small dolls not have noses?)

Perhaps I am being too demanding, but I know that if they are out there, you savy people can help me find them!
