Default Stockmar crayons and modelling wax

Yikes, I just spent a lot of money (ok, it is via a BB co-op but still, for that price i could buy another pair of skrs) on what is basically 16 crayons (8 blocks, 8 sticks), and modelling wax. Please tell me it's worth it!

Anyone have the modelling wax? You hear so much about the crayons but not much about the wax. It's advertised to be non-crumbly which was a bonus for me.

No experience myself, but from reading posts on the co-op site about the wax, I decided to hold off on the modelling wax. Apparently, you have to work the wax with your hands for a while to get it to soften, and most were saying that a kid wouldn't get it or enjoy it until age 5 or 6.

I did get both stick and block crayons, though!

We LOVE the Stockmar crayons! They last forever and we've yet to break one, so yes they are worth it IMO :)
