    Default Jogging Stroller for 2

I am looking for advice on buying a jogging stroller with baby #2 in mind (not yet on the way!). I have a 19 month old and would like to take him with me on my runs, but don't know whether to go ahead and buy a dual jogger since we plan to have another baby. I have heard that you shouldn't put a baby in a jogging stroller until he's about 12 months. Any advice out there?

Default RE: Jogging Stroller for 2

Hi there. Since you don't have a baby on the way, I would just get a single stroller. Doubles are more difficult to use (they are wider) and you don't need the hassle if you don't have 2 kids yet. And that's right----you should wait AT LEAST six months (others say 12 months) before you using a jogger with an infant. During that time, you can carry them in a Bjorn or Kelty pack while the older child is in the jogger. By the time the youngest one is ready for the jogger, your oldest may not want to ride anyway!

    Hope that helps,
