Removing harness from Pliko

I have a 2002 Pliko and I can't seem to be able to remove the 5 pt harness. I was able to get the crotch strap out just fine but the rest won't fit through the rings on the side. Do I have to actually unscrew the bolts that attach the rings on the side and just take it all off? I just want to be able to take the harness off so I can wash it.

Yes, you have to unscrew the two screws that attach the harness to the stroller.
