searching for double umbrella stroller in Atlanta

A dear friend is evacuating (from hurricane Ivan heading to FL) to Atlanta temporarily and she needs to find a double umbrella stroller (on the cheap but durable side) so that she can use it around the city with her 4 year old and 2 year old. Does anyone have any suggestions on where she can find one? Any and all responses will be deeply appreciated.

Do doubles come in umbrella-style? I didn't know that. (But then again, I still only have one kiddo, so I haven't looked into it much).

As far as finding one around here goes, I don't know. (Sorry!) The best thing I can think to do is to grab the phone book and start calling kids consignment shops. There's lots around town, and if you tell them what you are looking for they can let you know if they have any, and how much they are. They may also have a better idea on where to look.
