Peg Perego Pliko used - buy it?

I am a confirmed stroller addict who may possibly buy an old PP Pliko from Craig's List. Does it still have folding problems? What are your thoughts? This one is blue and red with a little yellow.

What do you mean by folding problems? I never had a problem folding my (01 maybe?) Pliko. I did, however, have issues with the steering. It was IMPOSSIBLE to steer it one handed.

Other than that, it was a nice stroller, very comfy for DD, stood on its own when folded, etc.
