Special Outlet Cover

Looking for a cover for this outlet. I want to use all three plugs, and have some sort of cover over the top with the cords hanging out the bottom. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or if you know where I can find a cover for this sort of thing.

I was able to find one to do 2 plugs w/ wires coming out the bottom at the home depot, but I don't know what to do w/ the 3 prong one sorry
