Does anyone have problems with these things falling over when your little ones stand against it?
I'd like to get it but am not sure how stable it is.
Thanks!

VERY stable! One of the best purchase I've ever made, I don't know what I would have done without it during the crawling/cruising months. Ds loved to cruise around it and pull on the toys I hooked into the slats and I never feared that it would topple over. Just make sure that the panels are opened up correctly and if you add an extension add no more than 2 panels (for a total of 8). More than 8 and it becomes unsafe.

Well, I will grant that DD is a peanut (less than 20 lbs), but we haven't had any problems. It will flex a bit if she leans on it, but she hasn't been able to knock it over, even if we have it in a "straight" configuration (long straight stretch with "crooks" on either end).
I can't tell you what a lifesaver this gate was on our last camping trip. Well worth the $$.

We have ours blocking off a 7 foot opening and have never had a problem.

Ours is one of Aine's favorite standing aids. :)
Just wanted to let you ladies know that I purchased this on your advice....
and I LOVE it! It works great, so stable and strangely enough, keeps our family room clutter free (just toss ALL the toys in there so it looks "nice and neat").
Thanks!
