Default End-of-driveway guard (x-post from Toddler Bargains)

    Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you have this driveway guard: http://www.onestepahead.com/product/...15767/118.html

or might recommend another, less pricey one?

We ordered the Kidcatcher from Kids-Safety-Klub.com - http://www.kids-safety-klub.com/kidcatcher.html. It's a little more expensive than the One Step Ahead gate (which we also looked at), but is longer (the OSA one wasn't wide enough for our driveway) and is super easy to put up and take down. Let me know if you have any questions about it!

does it require grass/yard (something soft and dig-able) on either side to secure it? we have grass on one side and concrete on the other - would it work for us?

I think it would require grass (or at least dirt) on both sides. You put poles into the ground on either side of your driveway, then the net clips to the poles.
