Default How do I lower my crib mattress?

DH and I know we need to do this, but would like to do it without taking the entire crib apart. The mattress has four "Y" shaped arms that can be adjusted to different angles to lower the mattress--fine, we figured that out--but I think we can do this by taking only the front panel off the crib, and DH thinks we'll have to take the whole thing apart.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks!:7

OK, so I feel like an idiot! We managed to figure out how to take out the 8 screws and lower the mattress in under 15 minutes. It's amazing how complicated things seem when your DS is standing up in his crib, laughing at you, or when he's crying because you're hesitating to put him in the crib because you KNOW he can stand up.

    Live and learn.
