Babygear bites the dust

Babygear and ibaby have gone out of business. Babygear published a brief note on their web site saying, basically, "If you were so naive as to buy something from us, your best chance is to dispute the credit card charge. Otherwise, you're probably out of luck." Typically, you can't see this by going to www.babygear.com, but it is available at www.babygear.com/baby.asp. www.ibaby.com will also redirect you there.

That's correct, BabyGear.com (iBaby.com) have declared bankruptcy and shut down their sites. You are right---if you have purchased ANYTHING from these sites that you have not yet received, IMMEDIATELY contact your credit card company to dispute this charge!
