I needed a new stroller practically overnight for my vacation. I called them to order. Barebabies went the extra mile to contact Peg Perego and keep track of the shipping progress so it could be redirected to my destination if it didn't get shipped the same day. I paid reasonable shipping since I couldn't wait the week or so it would take for the free shipping. I got confirmation e-mails immediately, they called me 3 hours later to let me know it was in perego's mailroom and they called me and e-mailed me a few hours later with tracking numbers and shipment confirmation. I was able to get the new stroller with rain hood in the new lighter color I wanted which made my trip to Disney (with the rain and hot sun) much more pleasant. They really came through for me!

i am also happy with them... got my prima pappa highchair in hard to find millstone pattern ahead of schedule with the free shipping. thumbs up!
