At this point, I'm considering them to be attempted theives. Maybe they'll actually return my e-mails and phone calls. But I haven't heard anything yet.
Placed my order July 30 and my visa was billed on July 30. Yet my order is still "pending" and should have been in my mailbox no later than last Tuesday (according to their shipping information). I've sent numerous e-mails and now left a message threatening to call the BBB and whatever internet police exist.
I'm an e-tailer, too. I know it can be hard... but don't take someone's money!
Edit--okay, I was angry and sounded a bit harsh. STILL haven't heard a thing, and now that the party is over and I've written thank you notes on other paper, I just want my money back....
