Stay AWAY!! They charged me for Entertainment Weekly back in May and the subscription never started. I cannot get a human on the phone (only get voice mail) and have left several message with no call back. They said to wait up to 12 weeks for the magazine to start it has been way over that. (5 months, geez!)

Do not buy from them!!

Thank you for posting this! I usually check mag prizes on magazinepricesearch.com and Delta is always listed as one of the lower-priced mag sellers. I will NOT buy from them!

I received a refund on Nov. 13th after calling every other day for 2 months. I did not get a call back just a refund.

Still no call back, and I can't dispute the charge with my CC company since it's been over 60 days. So frustrating, glad I was able to help another consumer.

Hahahahahaaaa!!!! I actually do this for a living...I mean, I work in the circulation department for a publisher.

Companies like this are called unauthorized agents. It's really not such a good idea to buy magazines from 3rd party agents unless you know that they are authorized to sell magazines. You can buy magazines online at magazines.com, and amazon.com. I really wouldn't trust any other company. They usually have the most competitive prices. Also, any price that seems too good to be true probably isn't.

Basically, you are not going to get your money back. They are going to tell you to contact the publisher, but we don't get the money because we didn't authorize the price. Anyway, let this be a lesson for next time.

I Placed A Subscription With Them In January Of 2008 For People Magazine And Paid Them $90.20 And Have Never Received A Single Mag . This Was A Christmas Present So It Has Been Doubly Embarassing. When I Do Ge Someone On The Phone They Make Up Excuses.
