Canadian Tire has a few carseats, online and in many B&M stores. Babyproofingplus also carries a selection, they have free shipping right now.

Crocodile, Baby's World (doesn't show seats online) but all these just have a select few seats.
Even London Drugs has a Evenflo Chase (or something similar) every once in awhile.
