    Default It is impossible to get thru on Cosco's Customer service phone line...

    Yet another reason not to buy Cosco products. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get thru on their line, and it's always busy. Now, most other carseat companies have a queue, where they put you on hold for any amount of time(longest I've been on hold has been 45 minutes, with Evenflo) but not Cosco!! I'm trying to get thru so I can get a friend a new carseat, because hers wouldn't come off of the matching stroller, and in order to get it off so she could use it, part of the stroller is still attached to the carseat!! Needless to say, I now know I will NEVER buy a Cosco product, not if their customer service is so lacking!

    I totally AGREE with your comments. I too have been trying for two weeks unsucessfully to get through to them and I can never get through...they either have no employees, REALLY high volume...or lousy phone lines :)

    I wouldn't suggest their products either.
