I read another post about the customer service at Babi Italia (the voice mail system that says "please leave a detailed message and someone will call you back promptly". I must say that I had the same experience with numerous calls to Baby's Dream customer service line. We were on the brink of buying a crib from them and had a couple questions that we wanted answers to before purchasing. We had left many "detailed messages" with questions on the product with no return call - ever. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing anything from them. As much as I liked the crib and furniture set - I want to know that if something goes wrong, there will be a human voice to help fix the problem.
