    Default Chicco USA - 1 cust serv rep!

    I have been trying to speak with the customer service department at Chicco USA regarding their new C.Mamma Highchair. After leaving 2 voice mail message for the department early last week, I called again and decided to press "0" to speak with the operator. She informed me there is only ONE customer service representative. I can not understand this! Their company needs to seriously consider employing a larger department so they can return phone calls in a timely manner.

    I learned the same when I needed a replacement seat cover for my Chicco Sofa Rocker. Believe it or not, the same rep is also responsible for answering all the emails. I actually got faster response by writing to her at [email protected] so you may want to give it a try. Once she called me back, she was very pleasant, helpful, and accomodating (although a little frazzled sounding too).
