BRU return policy for diapers!

I had to get a manager today at BRU to return their brand of diapers because we opened the package and used ONE! They gave me a really hard time and said that they don't take back opened diapers, but I asked 'how can you buy diapers then?' since these were supposed to fit up to 10 lbs. and Benjamin is only 9. We bought every generic brand we could, trying to find ones which fit as well as Huggies but without the gel residue. We already returned a Pkg to Walmart and they were FANTASTIC about it! "Ohhh they don;t fit? What can we do to make it right?" Guess where I'll be buying my diapers from now on!

Interesting, because my BRU took back an open package of store brand diapers without even asking if I had used one (I hadn't)!
