Baby's R Us furniture damaged in the box

Well, we picked up the dresser from the store, it was loaded into FIL's truck, we got it home today, and one corner of it was cracked, so that the drawers on that side will not work, and it looks bad from the outside.

We are going to call them when they open. We just wanted to know if this has happened to any of you, and what happened from it?

The day it was picked up, the one that was suppose to be ours was totally destroyed, so they gave us someone elses. We are thinking the one we got must have been right next to it.

Big bummer. DH is so grouchy.

I had my stuff delivered and it was fine.

BRU has a pretty open return policy. They should replace it for you no problem.
