Sorry, but I can't but laugh a little. It totally sounds like something my DH would do. Reminds me of the time my friends DH's dog chewed the brand new Tommy Hilfiger comfortor they got for a wedding gift and he stapled it at the seams.
I hope he learned his lesson and gets the dog some training.
