Good grief! Why can't people just get OVER themselves?
If it does work, and works well, I think the only thing you can do is tell your DH how much it bothers you, and ask him to remind you when you're with the family that he loves you and he knows you're right for him.
I also like the idea of the pregnancy-related complication preventing you from attending. ;) But that only gets you through a few months.

Good grief! Why can't people just get OVER themselves?
If it does work, and works well, I think the only thing you can do is tell your DH how much it bothers you, and ask him to remind you when you're with the family that he loves you and he knows you're right for him.
I also like the idea of the pregnancy-related complication preventing you from attending. ;) But that only gets you through a few months.
