    Default "Customer Service"

We just changed our phone service for one of those bundle and save deals through our cable service and were told that bill would be $100 plus taxes. The bill came today and it is $221, just a little more than I expected. I called the 800 number and pressed the button for billing and was hung up on twice and transfered more times than I know. I was literally in tears by the last transfer. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone dealing with them. ARRGGGGGG!!!!! The problem resolved after complaining of bait and switch tactics and threatening to go to the competitor who offers the same products (and problably the same headaches.) ARRGGGG!!!!

I hate customer service, it seem like no one really cares if customers are happy.....

    Default what an oxymoron

Oh! Are you a Qwest customer too? :P

I'm glad you got it fixed- I think "Customer Service" is the new oxymoron of our generation... Those two words don't belong together unless there's the word "No" in there.
