How about
Curious George and the Electric Fence
Daisy and the Bottle of Round Up
Franklin and the Lab Animal Field Trip (a/k/a What Happens to Slacker Turtles)
OK. I admit it. I watch way too much Noggin.
There is an actual Maisy episode where Cyril the Squirrel wets his pants while he's on a playdate at Maisy's house. Jonathan saw it before I did and I thought he was making it up when he told me about it. WTF were they thinking? An incontinent squirrel?
And WTF do none of these characters have parents?
I still want to know how Oswald the apparent Trust Fund Octopus supports himself. He has a car, a pretty snazzy apartment, goes on vacations, eats out regularly, but never works.
I'm also convinced Miffy's parents have either completely abandoned her and her brother, or they're bound and gagged in the basement by Miffy's evil alter-personality, Mona. ;)

Max and Ruby: Who left Ruby in charge, and when will she learn not to turn her back while watching Max?
Dora gets Laryngitis (When will she use a normal speaking voice? Why is she yelling at us all the time?)
OK, I'm confused. We have a whole Miffy DVD, and I didn't know Miffy had a brother, but I've definitely seen her parents. Am I thinking of a different Miffy?
Has anyone seen the Blue's Clues where they are getting up in the morning and Joe sings a song about using the potty, and actually sings the words "pee" and "poo"? I always get a good laugh at that one.

My bad - not Miffy. Max and Ruby.
Miffy is a kind of creepy, but at least she has parents. :)
