BRU and TRU have different return policies. TRU no longer accepts ANY returns without a receipt. And they are very firm about this policy (way worse than Target).

Everytime I go there the store is empty of customers, I don't know how they stay open. I hate shopping there because it is so dirty but I really don't have another option around here for lots of things. I agree they have the worst customer service.
