any problems w/gownsonline.com?

Has anybody had any problems with ordering gowns from gownsonline.com? My dress is 2 weeks late from the estimated ship date. Are they usually running behind schedule? I did speak with a representative on friday and she is currently trying to find out the status order of my gown. Please reply if anyone has ordered from gownonline.com and what their experience was like.

They have a good reputation. Part of a group of stores in the San Jose area, I think. You should get your gown. I had a friend that ordered there and no problem. I prefer, of course, Pearl's Place, but you will get your gown.
